West Baton Rouge Parish is proud to introduce WBR Connect, our new resident service request and community connection platform.

With WBR Connect, residents can quickly report non-emergency concerns such as potholes, drainage issues, parks and recreation concerns, missed trash pickup, property maintenance issues, animal control requests, and more. You can include photos, exact locations, and receive updates as your request moves through the process.

WBR Connect improves transparency and accountability by allowing you to track the status of your request from submission to resolution.
