What to Include

Please provide as much detail as possible so we can locate the record(s) you need—such as names, dates, addresses, case numbers, and a brief description of the documents you’re seeking. If you already have related documentation (e.g., an incident report or reference number), include that with your request to help expedite processing.

Fee Schedule

Fee Schedule for Reproduction of Public Records is as follows

  • $1.00 per page for pages 1-25
  • $0.50 per page for pages 26-500
  • $0.25 per page for pages 501+

These fees reflect the Parish’s published schedule for public records reproduction.

Payment & Deposits

  • Initial Deposit: A 75% deposit of the estimated costs (provided by WBR Parish) is required to begin pulling records.
  • Final Payment: Records will be released once the remaining balance (provided by WBR Parish) is paid in full.

After You Submit

Once we receive your request, our records custodian will contact you by email to discuss the estimated costs, payment instructions, and delivery timeline.
