Facility Hours

Available for Bookings: Events may begin as early as 9:00 AM and must conclude by 1:00 AM, with the center vacated by 2:00 AM.

Exception: On New Year’s Eve (December 31st), events may continue until 2:00 AM, with the center vacated by 3:00 AM.

Facility Amenities

  • Capacity: 692 guests (without tables & chairs), 346 guests (with tables & chairs).
  • Tables & Chairs: 40 round tables (60”), 20 rectangular tables (3’x6’), and approximately 450 vinyl, banquet-style chairs.
  • Commercial Kitchen: Fully equipped with industrial appliances for catering and food service.
  • Built-in Stage & Projector System: Ideal for presentations, performances, and speeches.
  • Free WiFi: Complimentary public access WiFi for guests and presenters.
  • Dedicated Bridal Room: Private space for pre-event preparations.
  • Spacious Parking & Covered Drive-Through: Ample on-site parking with a convenient covered entrance.
  • Bar Area: Includes a commercial sink and ice maker for beverage service.

Note: Amenities are provided at no extra charge but are not guaranteed as part of the rental contract.

  • Banquets & Fundraisers: Ideal for formal dinners, charity events, and gala nights.
  • Corporate Events & Training Sessions: Features WiFi and a projector for business presentations.
  • Family Reunions & Social Gatherings: Spacious seating and kitchen facilities make it perfect for large group gatherings.
  • Cultural & Community Celebrations: Equipped with a stage and AV system for performances and ceremonies.

Booking Guidelines

  • Resident Priority: Only West Baton Rouge Parish residents may reserve the center.
  • Proof of Residency Required: Must provide a driver’s license, voter registration card, or two current bills with the renter’s name and address.
  • Advance Wedding Reservations: Residents booking weddings can reserve up to one year in advance.

Community Events

The Addis Community Center regularly hosts community events, including:

  • Holiday Celebrations: Seasonal gatherings such as holiday craft fairs and community socials.
  • Workshops & Seminars: Educational programs, health and wellness initiatives, and skill-building workshops.

Rental Fees

  • Weekend Rental (Fri-Sun): $250 per day + $250 refundable deposit.
  • Weekday Rental (Mon-Thurs): $125 per day + $250 refundable deposit.
  • Wedding Bookings: $500 total (booking fee + deposit) due at the time of reservation.
  • Accepted Payments: Check, Money Order, or Credit/Debit Card (3% non-refundable convenience fee applies). NO CASH.
