Available for Bookings: Events may begin as early as 9:00 AM and must conclude by 1:00 AM, with the center vacated by 2:00 AM.

Exception: On New Year’s Eve (December 31st), events may continue until 2:00 AM, with the center vacated by 3:00 AM.

Capacity: 372 guests (without tables & chairs), 186 guests (with tables & chairs).
Tables & Chairs: 36 round tables (60”), 37 rectangular tables (3’x6’), and approximately 688 chairs (370 vinyl, banquet-style & 318 metal).
Meeting Room: Available for weekday rentals (Monday–Thursday only, not available on weekends).
Commercial Kitchen: Fully equipped for catering and food preparation.
Wet Bar with Ice Maker: Convenient beverage station.
Sound System & Projector: Built-in AV system for presentations and events.
Public WiFi: Complimentary WiFi access for guests.
Walking Trail: A scenic trail around the center.
Playgrounds: Includes a standard playground and a special needs-friendly playground.
Exercise Pad: Outdoor fitness equipment for public use.
Two Tennis Courts: Available for community play.
Covered Drive-Thru Entrance: Provides easy guest drop-off and accessibility.
Covered Outdoor Cooking Area: Ideal for BBQs and outdoor food preparation.

Resident Priority: Only West Baton Rouge Parish residents may reserve the center.
Proof of Residency Required: Must provide a driver’s license, voter registration card, or two current bills with the renter’s name and address.
Advance Wedding Reservations: Residents booking weddings can reserve up to one year in advance.

Weekend Rental (Fri-Sun): $250 per day + $250 refundable deposit.
Weekday Rental (Mon-Thurs): $125 per day + $250 refundable deposit.
Wedding Bookings: $500 total (booking fee + deposit) due at the time of reservation.
Accepted Payments: Check, Money Order, or Credit/Debit Card (3% non-refundable convenience fee applies). NO CASH.
